Registering for Coronavirus testing
The County has set up community based testing at the Temple Ambler Campus. Testing is available for the individuals who fall into one of the following five categories.
Persons of any age and with symptoms of sudden illness (such as fever OR cough OR shortness of breath OR loss of smell/taste AND including gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea OR vomiting OR diarrhea) with or without fever;
First responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS, or dispatcher) AND concern for exposure to a patient with suspected COVID-19 OR symptoms of any sudden illness with or without fever;
Health care workers providing direct patient care AND concern for exposure to a patient with suspected COVID-19 OR symptoms of any sudden illness with or without fever;
Anyone with known or suspected direct contact to someone with COVID-19;
Anyone who has been recommended by their doctor to get tested.
If you qualify for a test, you can register at this link.
Please take note:
You will be REQUIRED to come to the test site THE SAME DAY that you register!
You will be assigned a one-hour window (example: 11am – 12noon) for your testing.
If you register and can’t attend during your assigned window, plan on getting to the site before 3:45 p.m. to make sure we can get you tested the same day.
If you register and can’t attend on the same day, then you will have to re-register to get tested another day.
CANCELLATIONS: If you register and can’t make it, please extend a courtesy and call us at 610-631-3000.
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. daily, both online and over the phone.
The test site opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m. on the days of operations.
There are a limited number of testing spots available each day. Registration will be assigned in a first-come, first-served basis.
Once that day’s maximum number of slots have been filled, registration will not be available – neither on the phone nor on the website, so please don’t call to ask about why you can’t register.
Registrations are made for one test PER PERSON. If more than one member of a household needs a test, then each person will have to create their own registration.
Tests will not be given to other persons in your vehicle unless they have a confirmed registration.
IF AT ALL POSSIBLE: Drive yourself to the test site to limit the risk of exposure to others.
Please do not exit your vehicle at the test site. There is no need for you to leave the comfort of your vehicle.
You will need to bring: Pre-registered confirmation (printed or digital); Photo identification; Health insurance card (if you have one).
